Our grass fed and finished Highland cattle take up to a full year longer to reach market weight than typical supermarket beef. This is due to the fact that they are a pure, heritage breed and we only feed them what they naturally graze upon - grass and other plant forages. This natural finishing gives Highland beef lower fat and cholesterol and gives the beef a superior tender flavor!
Typical hanging weight for a full highland beef is between 700 and 750 pounds. So, you can expect to pay around $4,500 - $5,000 for a WHOLE beef.

Our grain finished Wagyu beef is renowned for its extraordinary flavor, tenderness, and rich marbling, which sets it apart from other types of beef. The high level of intramuscular fat—not just around the meat, but woven throughout—gives Wagyu its signature marbling, enhancing both taste and juiciness.
Typical hanging weight for a full wagyu beef is between 900 and 1100 pounds. So, you can expect to pay around $8,500 - $10,500 for a WHOLE beef.
